Our highly respected client is seeking Business Development Representatives with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales handling IT software account for the job of Business Development Representative. The job is based in Pasig City with door to door shuttle service and is open for temporary work from home setup. The company prides itself with uncapped commissions and skills premium.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Goal is to secure net new annual agreements for the company’s entry partners.
  • Clearly and convincingly communicate the value of the company’s IT Management Platform to secure trial evaluations that lead to annual agreements.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments with the Technical Sales Engineer and ongoing calls to secure agreements.
  • Manage Sales opportunities through pipeline stages.
  • Achieve sales goals for new partner agreements.

Key  requirements:

  • At least 1 year of B2B sales background experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role where closing North American prospects to annual agreements.
  • You must be a strong and clear communicator
  • You must have the sales experience to work through a conversation and be persistent.  Need above average objection handling abilities.
  • You have a strong work-ethic and a positive attitude along with a desire to learn.
