Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading multinational FMCG companies. Our respected client is seeking Customer Development Manager – e-Commerce. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. 

The Customer Development Manager – e-Commerce will be responsible for managing and developing e-Commerce strategy and business plan including driving sales growth by generating traffic, maximizing coversion and profitability.

Job responsibilities:

  • Learn the Company Global e-Commerce strategy and guidelines in Headquarters. Check all e-Commerce related regulation in Vietnam and lead the e-Commerce website set-up project
  • Manage schedule, cost, recruitment, and vendors during the project
  • Manage and develop e-Commerce strategy and business plan including driving sales growth by generating traffic, maximizing conversion and profitability
  • Be responsible for the entire e-Commerce budget, business result with managing P&L including tracking all costs and revenue associated with the website
  • Analyze e-Commerce site, decide and prepare contents (category, products & banners), check & control local warehouse situation, manage irregular inquiries from customer center, plan multi-channel digital activities to boost traffic, and make sure everything is on track to maximize sales & profit
  • Need deeply co-work with Store Operation, Merchandising Planning, Inventory Control, Logistics, and Warehouse team to ensure the sales and distribution are maximized to achieve weekly, monthly & annual targets
  • Work closely with Headquarter e-Commerce team to ensure the standard of global practice and regional strategy
  • Build good business relationships with third parties to ensure smooth end-to-end execution of platform and website operation
  • Initiate the platform and strategy of customer relation management by analyzing the customer’s purchasing behavior through website and ensure the service quality of product delivery to customers
  • Provide quick responses to any customer inquiries with proper manner


Job requirements: 

  • At least 5 years of working experience and knowledge in e-commerce
  • Experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage
  • Good command of English
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable
