Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of well-known hardware manufacturing company with headquarters in the US. Our highly respected client is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to build up the overall business into the next level. The job is home-based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. 

The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for overall strategies of expanding and promoting the partnership to new customers in order to promote the company’s brand and products to channel customers in the assigned territory.

Job responsibilities:

  • Conducting sales presentations and new product training to customers to make sure they are aligning with market strategies and product trends.
  • Aligning with the company’s distributors to win potential customers.
  • Generating revenue, maintaining and updating sales funnel and initiating sales reviews
  • Prepare regular reports of progress, forecasting and information to management about market trends and market status
  • Travelling around major cities in the assigned territory seeking business opportunities. 


Job requirements: 

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales with proven sales track record
  • Demonstrated ability to process raw consumer information and data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Solution-oriented, sales mind-set, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.
