Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf on a global leading provider of building solutions for the position of Country Sales Manager in Vietnam. 

This position takes responsibility for identifying business expansion opportunities, evaluating, negotiating and closing deals. This job will be based in Ho Chi Minh City. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Reach out directly or through partners to target prospective business deals
  • Target customer base, including real estate, commercial buildings, facility management companies and retail chains
  • Filter out high potential deals by analyzing business strategies, opportunity requirements/pre-requisites/financials, and internal priorities
  • Design the best negotiation strategies by considering the risks and rewards and keeping in mind the counter-parties preferences and goals
  • Lead and close deals, understanding the client requirements thoroughly and tailor pitch the product accordingly
  • Manage all contractual requirements and align the end result with the company's internal operations and capabilities 


Job requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must
  • MBA degree from a premier college will be an added advantage
  • Relevant experience of 12-15 years in Direct Sales
  • You must be well versed with the complexities of Building and Hotel electrical asset infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving and creative skills
  • An ability to stay calm under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Strong sales and negotiation techniques
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of commonly used Sales and Solution selling concepts, practices, policies and procedures
  • A prior knowledge of handling Building management systems will be an added advantage
