Our respected client is seeking a seasoned business development with 2-3 years as customer service for the job of Customer Service Executive. The job is based in Makati City, Philippines.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Executive will handle the showroom and answer inquiries from prospective clients.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Upholds customer records by updating account information.
  • Preserves financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Commends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Fascinates potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Determines product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, accelerating correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
  • Attends customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.

Key job requirements include:

  • Degree
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in customer service
  • Experience in hospitality, airline industry, car showroom an advantage
  • Must have pleasing personality and possess good English communication skills
