Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a leading online shopping platform. Our client is seeking a Customer Service Manager with at least 4-5 years’ experience in the e-commerce or digital platform businesses. The job is based in Bangkok, Thailand. 

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading the customer service department. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to the clients by developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals.

Job responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department ensuring excellent customer service being delivered
  • Manage customer needs, provide adequate answers to products Q&A
  • Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Deliver accurate business strategies and seek for improvements through the execution of self-service
  • Lead the team to meet individual KPI's and team goals 


Job requirements: 

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in customer experience management, especially in the e-commerce field
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
  • Strong English-speaking skills
