The role of Head of Customer Success is responsible for working alongside global teams whilst leading the customer success team of Thailand. Initiating strategies to enhance customer relationships, growth, and retention. Advise customers on clear plans for the year and exceed their expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with new customers whilst assisting with growth and retention of all accounts
  • Acting as a key player to assist customers with their quarterly and year plans in order for customers to meet their business objectives
  • Working alongside the global team to enhance a standardised and positive customer experience.

 Job requirements

  • Extensive experience within customer-oriented positions with over 3 years of experience leading a team
  • Understanding of client growth and retention strategies
  • Knowledge in digital marketing is preferred
  • Interested in technology and has a great eye for detail
