Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of global provider of wireless communications infrastructure. Our respected client is currently seeking for a Deployment Executive who will support the Deployment Lead in managing the overall Deployment of new sites & upgrades and other deployment related technical activities. This candidate will ensure timely and cost effective rollout of new and upgraded sites as per MLAs. This role is currently remote/work-from-home and is on a fixed-term arrangement of one (1) year.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional/Technical

  • Process Review and Supervision
    • Oversee the site development and ensure site development is as per customer MLAs
    • Ensure the adherence to standard operating procedures and safety norms
    • Supervise and coordinate performance measures, goals, objectives and priorities, providing direction and feedback, and ensuring assigned projects and tasks are completed accurately and by the specified due date
    • Ability to travel to site to lead Joint Survey Site Report activities with Vendors when necessary
  • Report Generation 
    • Prepare periodic progress, project status and problem resolution reports regarding status of construction plans
  • Vendor Management
    • Identify vendors 
    • Collect inputs from the field regarding vendor service performance and quality of materials delivered to give feedback and make recommendations to the SCM team
    • Resolve vendor issues 

Customer Service

  • Customer Satisfaction
    • Monitors progress status and provides updates to customers

Financial

  • Deployment Budgeting
    • Ensure adherence to approved budgets 
    • Monitor key metrics and develop methods to optimize cost in Deployment activities

People Management

  • People Management and Development
    • Allocate responsibilities to the Vendor, partner teams, supervise performance, resolve grievances.
    • Monitor attrition in the vendor team and drive engagement initiatives to build morale
    • Engage local communities/Local Government Units for negotiations, when necessary

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE, Civil) is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of overall experience
  • At least 2 to 3 years in the Telco industry
  • Technical competencies: Vendor Management, Deployment Management, Budgeting, Planning, Problem Solving and Knowledge of Passive Infrastructure
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of local language will be an added advantage)
