Our respected client is seeking for a seasoned General Manager with solid experience in whole operations and functional marketing, service and sales strategy for all products and services for the position of Deputy  General Manager. The job is based in Manila City, Philippines.

Job Summary:

The Deputy  General Manager will  in-charge the day to day operations of the entire company, directly handling the following departments – Sales, Service, Business Development & Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Human Resources, Admin, IT, and other support roles.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Manage all support initiatives, policies, and business strategies.
  • Identify and monitor operational improvements that will drive productivity and contribute to creating a safe working environment while staying within regulatory safety guidelines.
  • Lead by example and strive to always meet and exceed customer expectations and resolve employee issues.
  • Administer overall inventory management, productivity, accuracy, current and future business planning, and loss prevention programs to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • Continuous process improvement as it pertains to productivity, customer service and employee wellbeing and the development of the management team.
  • The position holder of this role should have the ability to succeed by effectively directing, leading, and coaching both direct and indirect reports creating a working environment that will maximize profitability

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree, preferably of Engineering, Business, or other related collegiate or post-graduate studies.
  • With at least 10 year(s) of related working experience, with some years in similar role.
  • Preferably specializing in business development, sales, operations, and/or administration; with strong experience in growing leaders 
  • Experienced must be from industrial company
  • Good communication skills and have sense of responsibility
