Job Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: research the industry, new and existing clients using internal database and external sources.
  • Create personal Business Development based on goals received by Manager.
  • Build relationships with clients.
  • Recruitment; Candidate Sourcing, Interviews, Qualification, Presenting Candidates and post placement management.
  • Actively participate in Monroe Internal Training.

Profile we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 3-years work experience; preferably on sales, marketing or customer service areas.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both oral and written.
  • Strong interest in people.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Self-confident, high level of energy and ambition, positive mind set and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate with all levels in the organization.
  • Driven and goal oriented; setting high standards of performance.
  • Tenacious problem solver, work to deadlines and targets.
  • Manage work effectively, organized and able to multi task.
  • Can work independently, and is a good team player.
  • Is open for feedback and improvement.
