Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on manufacturing textiles. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 5 years’ experience managing factory in multinational company for the job of Factory Manager. The job is based in Solo, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:  

  • Directly report to Director
  • Understand and describe Management policies into the Company's work plan.
  • Enabling improvement programs and others in the Company.
  • Participate and play an active role in special activities organized by Management.
  • Provide system direction and building operational management in the form of SOPs, Job Descriptions, Monthly Reporting System, Operational Forms, Building informations.
  • Assist the Director in providing input for the Company's progress.
  • Provide input to the Director regarding matters relating to sources of income that support operations, as well as input on the importance of the effectiveness of the Company's operational costs.
  • Provide input to the Director in terms of policies relating to the Company's operations, as well as provide advice & implement regulations / legal aspects of the Company.
  • Prepare annual work plans and budgets.
  • Make a plan for saving operational costs.
  • Ensure that there is an annual routine maintenance schedule.
  • Make plans for modification / up - grading and improvement of the Company's systems and facilities.
  • Make a schedule of routine inspection plans regarding the feasibility of using the Company's facilities and facilities.
  • Build a company image by establishing good relationships with customers, government, society, community organizations and employees.
  • Contribute to the success of the Company by supporting the needs of the Team.
  • Responsible for making Organizational Structures.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or related field with at least 5 years’ experience in managing Factory
  • Good knowledge on automation and engineering product
  • Experienced in managing sales and project team 
  • Familiar with SAP system and application 
  • Fluent in English both oral and written 
  • Understand business circumstances in Indonesia 
  • Strong understanding in relevant legislation and regulation in Indonesia 
  • Good leadership and developing others 
  • Strong analytical skills  
  • Strong time management / strong ability to manage to deadlines  
  • Good problem solving approach 
  • Effective relationship management and communication skills 
  • Able to give and receive feedback, effective communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, effective presentation skills
