Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an award-winning digital platform that’s home to over 7,000 premium newspapers and magazines. Our highly respected client is partnered with thousands of publishers to bring readers on-demand access to the stories that matter to them. Currently, our client is looking to hire a Graphic Designer with excellent experience, strong knowledge of animation, and a passion for brand and design.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize a wide range of print and digital co-branded collateral to support company’s B2B partners; provide design materials to support company sales team such as decks, presentations, brochures, and reports. 
  • Design with the purpose to always evolve and protect the brand.
  • Translate internal client needs and branding strategies into meaningful design solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to the creative process with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Work with Creative Lab, operations, and other marketing professionals to bring ideas to life 
  • Work with a team of motion designers to provide design direction, storyboard on animated videos/motion graphics. 

Job Requirement

  • A strong portfolio (1-4 years’ work experience)
  • Advanced experience in graphic design - print and digital
  • Passion for design, animation, and everything that will bring an idea to life 
  • Total fluency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, XD and Illustrator. After Effects, and Premiere would be a plus)
  • Keep an eye on the details, communicating with the team throughout the project, organization, and multitasking
  • Ability to own and solve problems
  • Excellent organizational skills: strong time management and file management
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Deadline-oriented and able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take feedback with a positive attitude and make edits quickly
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines easily
  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Experience working as part of a team
  • Experience working under a set of brand guidelines
