Job Title: Head of B2B Sales

Company Profile: An international award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading digital technology and software development company in Southeast Asia region seeking for passion, dedicated and result-driven Head of Sales (B2B) to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Summary: As a Head of Sales, we expect you to be responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of sales and account executives across enterprise and mid-market sales (B2B). The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business, managing the team and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Evangelize the company’s products and personally help close largest deals.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
  • Key person in developing the sales plan, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of relevant sales experience including management of Sales development representative and a track record of exceeding quota in B2B sector, with 3 years of leading and managing sales team.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
  • Ability to establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
