Key job responsibilities include:

  • Continually developing your employer’s brand and building increasing awareness in the market place
  • Generating and seeking out potential new opportunities
  • An active hunter who enjoys identifying key contacts, initiating conversations with the key leadership in top brands of the world.
  • Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders
  • Develop process excellence framework to ensure user delight and efficient operations.
  • A collaborator who has the ability to work cross-functionally between multiple departments within the company to provide the best solutions and communicate market feedback to teams.

Key job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from top tier university
  • Minimum 7 years of Experience with extensive exposure to city/branch operations with exposure to revenue, P&L and operations efficiency. Background in Management
  • Consulting would be a plus
  • Experience in general management – overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Had experience in handling different spectrum of business such as recruitment and developing employees to achieve end goal sales, profitability and market share acquisition.
  • Responsible for the business P&L.
  • Proficient in English is a must
  • A data-driven leader, problem-solver and systematic-thinker.
