Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a well established real estate development company in Thailand. Our respected client is seeking a creative professional with extensive experience in marketing communications and public relations for the international market. The job is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Head of Corporate Marketing Communication will oversee group company brand images, marketing communication strategic policy, as well as the relations division. They are responsible for the annual marketing calendar plan, CSR, online channel branding, trade shows, events, and other related projects with the goals to raise awareness and penetrate both local and international markets. Job responsibilities:

  • Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with press contacts
  • Serve as a key point of contact for issue management with the press
  • Manage cross channel communications campaigns in partnership with internal communications, social media, and similar storytelling teams
  • Successfully manage complex, fast-moving, and unexpected communications challenges and be able to deal with ambiguity
  • Drive, lead, control, monitor, and evaluate the marketing strategy planning and execution, including a full annual marketing plan, investment Seminars, events, and other related projects
  • Conduct market research, and develop and implement the corporate branding program and market planning in line with company objectives 
  • Co-ordinate the marketing campaigns with sales activities, and oversee the marketing's budget 
  • Develop multi-lingual communication for out of the store, in-store, offline and online channels (focus on ASEAN) 
  • Create and publicise all marketing materials and communications in line with the market plan 
  • Increase customer traffic, awareness and spending, building strategic events to drive traffic, sales promotions and partnering events
  • Manage and improve generation campaigns, measuring results 
  • Create a wide range of different marketing materials, working closely with design agencies, and assisting with product launches 
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives 
  • Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
  • Attend related activities to expand connections with partnerships

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree, preferably in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Extensive marketing communication experience to identify and leverage data to support storytelling efforts
  • Ability to draft written materials, including press releases, memos, pitches, statements, Q&As, and more
  • Show extraordinary judgment, particularly in narrow time frames
  • Experience in creating and executing marketing plans, leading teams, and project management 
  • Excellent English business communication and presentation skills 
  • Positive attitude and willing to work as a team in a cross cultural environment, dealing with both local and international businesspersons
  • Experience executing highly successful, creative campaigns and events
  • A network of media contacts and a desire to work with the media proactively and reactively
  • Experience serving as a spokesperson
  • Experience working with executives
  • Experience managing budgets and agencies
