Executive Recruitment Company, Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Indonesia’s leading Multinational FMCG company. Our respected client is seeking a professional digital expert with solid knowledge of consumer business as Head of Digital Insights. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. 

As the Head of Digital Insights, the successful candidate will have the responsibility of creating digital strategies and analytics for the company.

Job responsibilities:

  • Digital strategy creation, aligned with internal departments
  • Develop digital marketing strategies
  • Manage and develop digital tools to measure & monitor the performance of the company's digital platform
  • Produce brand positioning analyses using market research
  • Responsible in digital insights creation and management of its integration into the business
  • Partner with the consumer team to get effective measurements in strategy creation & consumer experience analytics
  • Lead the capability development of the team, including coaching & motivating, enhancing the performance of consumer insights, digital analytics and competitor intelligence
  • Develop Artificial Intelligence learning to optimize & maximize the automated marketing process 
  • Identify & compile internal and external data into the company's system
  • Responsible for the documentation of consumer segmentation development
  • Manage partnerships with agency partners, such as researchers & software developers


Job requirements: 

  • At least a Bachelor Degree from a well-known and accredited university, majoring Mathematics, Computer Science or Business Management
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital insights, activation and analytics
  • Solid experience in working for both agencies and clients
  • Strong knowledge & skill in data mining, big data management, digital analytics and other advanced marketing technologies
  • Proven leadership in managing a team for at least 6 years
  • Strong qualitative & quantitative analysis skills
  • Professional English communications skills
