Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading Tech Hospitality company.
They are in search of a Head Marketing who will be responsible for people management and develop and implement marketing strategy in support of the overall business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand the behaviour, usage, and attitude of the customer towards the products
- Develop and execute marketing activities through ATL/BTL, PR, partnership, campaigns, social , and other initiatives
- Support product development and play a critical role in the launch and promotion of new and existing products and services
- Conduct market, competitor, and product research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture new business opportunities
- Manage and measure marketing campaign costs
- Evaluate important marketing metrics and ensuring continuous improvement
- To succeed in this role, you must be a seasoned marketer with a commercial focused mindset and have a proven track of strong leadership skills.
Job Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels such as (not limited) ATL, BTL, social, digital marketing, and own channel
- Ability to work in lean and fast pacing startup, including by doing things that don’t scale
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Experienced in leading a diverse team, with an ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment with competing priorities
- Experienced in leading a significant product growth from all aspect of the product funnel
- Experienced in handling company-wide marketing budget
- Excellent marketing taste combined with an interest in the financial technology sector and strong analytical skills
