Executive recruitment specialist, Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of as international education organization. Our client is seeking a Head of Sales to oversee the sales activities in all the centers, making sure the best practice and standards are maintained across their system nationwide. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The Head of Sales will be responsible for motivating the sales team and fostering good team spirit, ensuring to deliver high quality, efficient and integrated customer service experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct all aspects of the sales activities including promotional strategies, marketing plans, and effectiveness report.
  • Prepare annual budgeting; Liaise with other departments to initiate plans, including sales and marketing team in a regional office
  • Coordinate all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume, including advertising, sales promotion, publicity, community relations, etc.
  • Lead the whole team to provide outstanding services and support to customers and partners to achieve sales and market share.
  • Work with the recruitment team on manpower planning and management, involved in recruiting and coaching sales reps for high engagement and excellent business results.
  • Build strong relationships with local and international agencies, schools, organizations

Job Requirements

  • 5+ year experience as similar position, preferably in the services industry
  • Proven track records of success in marketing, sales and customer service
  • Self-confident, decisive, resilient and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated abilities in analytical thinking, organizational development, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication
