Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in largest real estate and home-builders company. Our respected client is seeking a seasoned Sales expertise with 5- 10 years of solid experience in real estate and architectural designs industry for the position of  Head of Sales. The job is based in Makati City, Philippines.

Job Summary:

The Head of Sales will build the sales process from scratch with the company leadership involvement.

Key job responsibilities include: 

  • Prepare, approve, and execute marketing budget for the project
  • Recruit, train, and develop high performing sales team 
  • Oversee the sales team's activities and performance
  • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
  • Make strong partnerships with broker network - local and international brokers
  • Conduct market research, competitor, and customer analysis 
  • Analyse data to identify new sales opportunities 
  • Generate timely sales reports 
  • Build after-sales service and customer support

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any related courses
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department in Real Estate, proven track record of sales and team management success
  • Full understanding of the competitive landscape in Philippines real estate market
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM platforms with the ability to learn and master new software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Fluent business verbal and written English
