Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a well-established industrial trading company. Our respected client is seeking a well-rounded HR and administration leader for the job of HR and Administration Assistant Manager. The job is based in Bangkok, Thailand. 

The HR and Administration Assistant Manager will make sure HR generalist, recruitment, payroll, and people related activities are properly done. They will work with the corporate management team to localize HR management and administration operations procedures in Thailand.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage and conduct all functions of human resources management
  • Work closely with corporate management team and manufacturing team in managing, conducting, and implementing policies related to human resources, organization, employee development, manpower planning, human resources budget, HRM strategies plan, policies and procedures in line with business strategies and corporate direction
  • Be the strategic partner with the leader team to handle people issue
  • Design, implement and maintain the Human Resource Information System that support to keep employee’s information and employee service to provide a comfortable working style culture in the company
  • Providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules) and managing the payroll process related to Salary Payment, Overtime, Attendance, and Leave Records in Thailand
  • Manage recruitment & retention activities by ensuring effective programs are in place for to attract & retain talented individuals
  • Plan and search the development program for employees, both internal and external training to enhance employee’s skills and capabilities
  • Implement compensation/incentive programs and benefit plans which are competitive and effective in motivating and retaining high performers and ensure that competitive policies and procedures are in place for staff compensation and benefits
  • Develop and implement Performance Management System for company to evaluate employee as needed by company’s strategy and direction
  • Responsible for Organizational Development (Management of Career, Talent, Successor and Knowledge)
  • Oversee office administration and office security, including insurance, asset control, monitor communication equipment and system
  • Liaise with external partners to oversee general affairs and administration and ensuring good Government relations for any permission
  • Being responsible for the employee on-boarding process and probation process, including updating the employee database

Job requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in overall Human Resources & Admin jobs, which includes a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
  • Good knowledge of Thai Labor Protection Law, Revenue Acts, Social Security in terms of HR
  • Good command of English, both written & spoken and computer literate
  • Ability to mullti-task and work with all levels in the organization
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Having a driving license will be advantage
