Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Multinational company of Heavy Machinery.

As expansion continues, our client is seeking for HR Officer professional with at least 3 years’ experience in HR Field specialized in Labour laws and Statutory Returns for the job of HR Officer. The job is based in East Jakarta, Indonesia. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Delivers administrative tasks in assigned area within set timeline and agreed standards (eg. keeping up databases or other relevant tasks) 
  • Carries out activities based on established procedures and processes under supervision
  • Ensures all regulatory and compliance requirements are met regarding own work in conjunction with internal standards and external regulation, provides support to business in own area of responsibility
  • Maintains accurate records, completes, checks and processes forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines
  • Responds to enquiries and assists employees and managers in administrative tasks
  • Identifies and escalates issues to relevant stakeholders and redirects problems to appropriate resources
  • Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties
  • Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
  • Liaising with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety
  • Involved in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees, including assisting job requisition and hiring in People center, gathering information on new applicants, contacting references, and informing employees of their hiring status, checking application forms, short-listing, interviewing and selecting candidates

Job requirements: 

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR role
  • Diploma in HRM or above
  • Understanding and practical knowledge of labour laws and statutory returns
  • Good knowledge of required tools
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa
