Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group are recruiting on behalf of a multinational automotive manufacturer with strong presence in the Asia market. Currently they are expanding their business in Indonesia and are looking for more professionals to join the team. 

The Human Resources Manager APAC will be responsible for the HR strategic plan for Asia Pacific region. They will plan and organize HR by serving as a strategic business partner and enable the business to deliver profitability, productivity with high safety standards through employee development, engagement programs and corporate governance within legal and environmental constraints to achieve the maximum value of people and to sustain business growth. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of strategy, policies, and define the HR policies and goals for regional offices
  • Optimize organizational design and performance of Asia Pacific branches, adjusting with the Headquarter standards
  • Attract, develop and deploy employees, in order to keep high level of employee motivation
  • Ensure remuneration reviews and HR administration
  • Manage Corporate Social Responsibility in line with needs of the society and related issues
  • Manage the Department’s activity, to improve the department’s work methods and procedures
  • Ensure the company legal compliance and compliance to Group Policies
  • Other ad-hoc job assignments


Job requirements: 

  • Willing to be located in Jakarta with high mobility to overseas
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Preferably from engineering background
  • At least 15 years' experience in HR Management with 5 years’ experience managing regional offices in a large organization
  • Experienced in change management and able to embrace a good corporate culture
  • Experienced in Manpower optimization, Conflict Management, and Industrial relations management
  • Good managerial skills
  • Strong personality, with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High integrity
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Computer literate
