Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational automotive manufacturer. Our client is seeking a professional with 5 years’ experience in organizational development roles, ideally in the automotive sector, for the job of Human Resources Organizational Development Supervisor. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job responsibilities:

  • Directly reports to Head of Human Resources
  • In tandem with other members of the team, develop practices in organizational development
  • Create training and analysis to specifically match the company character
  • Provide support to Human Resources Business Partners in the various projects and challenges
  • Maintain and promote the onboarding program
  • Act as custodian of culture and organizational values
  • Support BOD and the team leader in the various special projects
  • Fully understand the company needs and growth by scouting the right job position required by the company
  • Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals
  • Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes
  • Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals
  • Implement organizational effectiveness interventions
  • Create competency models
  • Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals
  • Resolve conflict within groups
  • Diagnose potential organizational problem areas
  • Recommend training and development systems

Job requirements: 

  • Willing to be located in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, or any related major from reputable university
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience in HR OD, preferably from the automotive manufacturer industry
  • Strong computer operation skills, such as MS. Office
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with the team and customers
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good managerial skills, high integrity and dedication
  • Effective interpersonal skills so you can interact successfully with all employees in the organization
  • Knowledge of computers and information systems since HRIS has become central in documentation and employee self-service
  • Comfort with diverse people with various educational levels, cultural heritage, religious practices, ages, work experience, and opinions
  • Proficient in English
