Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a digital publishing company located in Makati City, Philippines. Our respected client is one of the largest digital publishing in the world, having been operating continuously since 1584. It also devotes itself to the furtherance of the acquisition, advancement, conservation, and dissemination of knowledge in the areas of education, religion, learning, and research.

Our respected client is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to be based in Makati City, Philippines (currently wfh setup until further notice). The winning candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support for queries, technical and non-technical, and will engage with customers providing world-class level of service. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Cater all inquiries arriving into the Helpdesk via telephone, email, web-chat, and websites. The support includes troubleshooting IT systems and websites. 
  • Ensure that all queries and calls are logged, tracked, and customers are kept informed regarding the progress of the resolution.
  • Identify complaints and potential complaints, and ensure that they are correctly recorded and brought to attention of the appropriate complaint owner.

Job Qualifications:

  • Educated to a degree level in relevant subject, or have equivalent experience in a customer support role, ideally within a Helpdesk or Service Desk environment.
  • Can easily comprehend what you hear and what you read, and express thyself fluently (oral and written) in Mandarin.
  • Desirable:
    • A customer service experience
    • Recognised English language qualification approximately level C1 or higher on the Common European Framework
    • With Level 5 or better HSK certification on Mandarin Level Exam
    • With Advanced Level HSSK certification on Mandarin Level Spoken language Exam
