International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group, is recruiting on behalf of MNCs company specializes in Professional Service. Our highly respected client is seeking for a Market Research Manager with at least 5 years of experience in market research.

The Market Research Manager is responsible for developing and managing end-to-end execution of research programs to include analyzing and assessing market trends, customer and stakeholder needs, competitor trends, competitive products and messaging, and other market dynamics, to gain a deep understanding of stakeholder experiences, and market position in support of product development, new business or partnership opportunities, and other strategic initiatives identified by senior management.

Job responsibilities:

  • Discuss strategic business problems related to product, pricing and portfolio questions with clients and suggest the most appropriate research methodology and techniques to best answer their business questions.
  • Manage, supervise, and execute all phases of market research studies, from pitch to presentation: (which includes) writing proposal, design questionnaire and discussion guide preparation, briefing and monitoring progress of the fieldwork and data processing team, interpreting data and analysis, report writing and presentation.
  • Manage all phases of an online survey, scripting of survey questionnaire, management of online panel, distribution of the survey among the panel.
  • Interact with internal team or external vendors for fieldwork and data processing, etc.
  • Consult with our client’s market research and marketing functions to help them make the best decisions possible by giving clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Your knowledge of online research and traditional research methodologies, combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities, will shape how new and existing business will grow. Using these skills, you will provide best-in-class client service, research and market analysis to our clients.

Job requirements:

  • Min 5 years professional market research experience including project management, research design, execution and reporting.
  • Strong technical research skills – qualitative or quantitative (a mix is preferred)
  • Positive commercial attitude
  • High quality standards in both setting research methods and delivering research results whether written reports or presentations
  • Degree/postgraduate qualified
  • Full clean driving license
