International award-winning executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of the leading construction machinery providing company in Asia. Our respected client is seeking a highly motivated professional with at least seven years' experience in marketing communication and channel management for the job of Marketing Communication and Key Account Manager. The position is based in Ayutthaya, Thailand. 

The Marketing Communication and Key Account Manager will be responsible for marketing communication materials and activities for the Asia Pacific region. The candidate will support both below the line and above the line marketing to deliver business growth for the company. This position will be reporting to the General Manager of APAC.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Asia Pacific region on marketing communication-related issues
  • Drive branding, advertisements, roadshows, publicity and promotions through dealers
  • Train and drive dealers and subsidiary follow guidelines 
  • Develop signage, advertisements and publicity for subsidiary and dealers
  • In charge of budgeting and coordination program with dealers
  • Support key account management and relationship management in Thailand
  • Dealers visit to train and support them on related trade activities
  • Customers visits for application stories and brand images
  • Work with the media by providing them with articles, releases and comments to be used in the various media platforms
  • Strengthen media ties and cultivate and build new ones, especially online media and niche publications to widen the company's reputation and influence
  • Track and monitor all company's mentions/ Competitor news/issues in all media platforms and coordinate this with HQ press department and Singapore team 
  • Help edit marketing collateral and articles for the company where necessary
  • Support other departments by helping to organize events 
  • Update in-charge of any new developments in social media
  • Handle corporate gifts to dealers and customers
  • Handle corporate brochures, signage & displays
  • Products display & advertising material
  • Able to work with various internal departments to achieve the branding objectives
  • Together with the sales team and dealers to do promotion activities, such as roadshow, demo, customer gathering, etc. 
  • Guide and review dealers' shop and depot value investment property
  • Responsible for developing, managing and growing new business streams from new and key corporate accounts through direct sales, partnership and collaboration with various industry players for the training program 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field
  • At least seven years of experience working on Marketing Strategy, Media Channels, Budgeting, and Client Relationships management
  • Ability to think strategically, excellent communication skills, excellent presentation skills, proven track record in delivering results
  • Skilled in research and analysis will be an advantage
  • Leadership and coaching ability, with emphasis on employee development/collaboration and the ability to hold people accountable
  • A team player who possess strong planning and organizational skills 
  • Confident in engaging the management of private and public sector organizations 
  • Self-driven and highly resourceful 
  • Strong communication skill with excellent negotiation and influence skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Photoshop 
  • Willing to travel
