Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational FMCG company. Our respected client is seeking Marketing Director (part of Management Team) responsible for developing the overall business strategy and business plans to achieve the short-mid- and long-term growth and profit objectives of the company within corporate guidelines. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Co-defines and jointly executes the strategy of the company under supervision of the General Manager within the corporate guidelines
  • Implements the global/regional brand strategy in the local environment
  • Develops and defines the annual marketing plan of each brand based on regional/international guidelines to achieve objectives as set in the corporate annual business plan process.
  • Ensures achievement of required brand performance (market share, brand equity etc.)
  • Ensures profitability of each brand in line with set target levels
  • Analyses market share performance versus competitive activities
  • Local Media Plan creation and management.
  • Leads continuous improvements of local Marketing processes
  • Leadership and organizational development of Marketing team
  • Lead monthly forecast process with Marketing, Sales and Finance

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master in Marketing/Business/Management or its equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience as Marketing Director
  • Proven high knowledge of full spectrum of marketing communication and trade marketing tools
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong result orientation and performance focus
  • Creativity and strong ability to inspire others in the area of innovation
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Team management experience
  • Full of initiative, drive and personal commitment
  • Concise communication skills (both verbally and in writing)
  • Excellent presentation skills
