Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a leading chemical manufacturer. Our client, a corporation with over a century of history, is seeking a professional with at least 10 years of experience in selling specialty chemical for National Sales Manager. The job is opened for Vietnamese candidates and will be based in Ho Chi Minh City.

The National Sales Manager will represent the company in Vietnam to build long lasting relationship with clients, manage sales & marketing activities to achieve the agreed business goals.

Job responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for the revenue targets for Vietnam.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, systemize marketing activities in the territory to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Establish professional relationships with key accounts, travel to clients’ site to build & maintain relationship, update their needs and suggest suitable solutions,
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Recruit, train and & coach sales staffs in hard & soft skills, monitoring their performance.
  • Monitor market and competitive situations closely, regularly update industry knowledge.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Chemical is preferable
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in selling products, solutions in chemical (specialty) with proven track record of sales & building up key accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, highly committed and responsible, result-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability in managing sales profit.
  • Good English communication is a must
