Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a multi-disciplinary organization for the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental solutions. Our client is seeking for a talented professional with at least 10 years of sales experiences for the role of National Sales Manager. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh.

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for the performance of all sales activities for company business as it relates to all dealers, hospitals, universities and other key customers in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the annual sales and marketing business plan in the assigned territory to ensure achievement of agreed sales and profit targets.
  • Ensures that dealers/distributors/key accounts maintain required inventories; meet standards on efficient and accurate customer services (order fill rates and delivery lead time) and customer complaints handling; execute company-initiated end-user promotions; submit required reports; and adhere to grey market control compliance measures.
  • Identify key opinion leaders and work with Regional Sales Manager to ensure development of strong business relationships.
  • Act as direct customer contact to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Undertake activities in accordance with relevant KPIs.
  • Work as part of a team, providing back up and coverage and sharing responsibility across the region business for the completion of tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Have direct working experience in B2B Sales and or Marketing up to 10 years preferably from the building materials, insulation, ceiling, roofing and construction or related industries. At least 5 of these years will need to have been in a managerial position
  • Knowledge of Building Material Markets, Insulation, Construction and clients.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical and presentation skills and the ability to formulate sales, marketing, and business proposals.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with a pleasant personality and excellent leadership qualities.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Civil Engineering or any related field
  • A strong command of English, both written and spoken.
