Our respected client is looking for a young sales leader with at least 8 years of experience in sales operations, trade promotion & account management for the National Sales Manager. The job will be based in Jakarta

This person will be responsible for managing the whole sales activities including the route to market strategy, trade promotion, account management for all channels (GT, MT, E-Commerce), sales operations. As National Sales Manager, you will be reporting to the Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development roadmap, creating a business plan & sales strategy to achieve sales target.
  • Manage the planning, budgeting, and execution of trade marketing promotion effectively.
  • Develop new business opportunities.
  • Cross-function coordination with the other stakeholders & top key leaders.
  • Develop a good relationship with the distributor.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market strategy, campaign, promotion, and pricing.
  • Manage and maintain the performance in all channels including GT, MT, and E-Commerce.
  • Coach, lead and supervise the performance of the sales team.
  • Monitoring responsibility to join visit with the sales team.

Key Job Requirements Include

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Minimum of 8 years working experience in sales operations, account management, and trade marketing of FMCG business.
  • Proven record in working as a sales leader for both GT & MT (RSM or NKAM), with at least 4 years of experience.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Result oriented and go-getter.
  • Extraordinary negotiation skills.
