Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading manufacturers of household appliances in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking a National Service Manager with minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in local appliances manufacturing set up. The job will be based in Cavite, Philippines.

The successful candidate will oversee Product Service Department operations in all branches, including repair, rework and ASC. He/she will directly report to the VP for Manufacturing.


  • Oversee PSD operations, including repair, rework and ASC.
  • Analyze and respond to customer complaints and requests regarding repair
  • Provide support and analysis for issues arising in manufacturing, purchasing, quality control, and the field
  • Coordinate activities of service personnel
  • Provides mentorship and training to the team


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in the same position
  • Extensive background in local appliance service set-up.
  • History of training and developing a strong technical team.
  • Experienced in KPI’s, data and metric development on appliances service set-up.
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel and Outlook knowledge.
  • Willing to work on-site 6 days/week
