Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a web-based application and software development solutions company for the role of Paid Performance Marketing Specialist.

The Paid Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimising paid media platforms and campaigns to achieve business goals, cover all aspects from strategy to reporting to stakeholder management and will report to the Performance Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning including Research
    • Carry out research to support planning, forecasting and recommendations that will achieve performance marketing goals in line with the overarching Demand Generation objectives. 
    • Keep a pulse on latest marketing best practices to inform research and recommendations for strategy.    
  • Implementation
    • Create, track and launch campaigns for Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Display and other performance media channels. 
    • Brief Ads to creative teams 
  • Campaign Management / Optimisation
    • Actively support budget management across channels and campaigns as required. 
    • Actively manage assigned campaigns, ensuring hygiene and advanced optimisation tactics are implemented on a regular basis. 
    • Identify opportunities for testing and regular improvement and implement them e.g., ad copy testing, landing page testing, creative testing etc. 
    • Ensure consistency of our brands and messaging is delivered through the online experience 
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Carry out regular reporting activities including monitoring of these reports, to ensure smooth running of campaigns as per planned budget and initiatives for e.g., Daily Pacing Reports. 
  • Relationship & Stakeholder Management
    • Partner and collaborate with the wider DG and marketing team members e.g., campaigns and content to deliver a holistic approach to marketing activities. 
    • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to deliver a data-driven and well-collaborative approach to the way we manage paid media.

Key Qualifications

  • Advanced hands-on experience of Facebook Ads Manager (2+years experience)
  • Intermediate hands-on experience of Google Ads (6 months - 1 year experience in keyword research, campaign management) 
  • Good understanding of Web Analytics such as Google Analytics 
  • Strong Excel and Analytical skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
