Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company. Our respected client is seeking a PR and Digital Executive who is interested in the aesthetics industry. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines.
Job summary
The PR and Digital Executive is responsible for increasing corporate awareness of the company and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs. This position will ensure a good sustainable relationship with key media and editors. He/she will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Key job responsibilities include:

PR/Communications Plan Development

  • Coordinated with marketing, medical affairs and sales team to ensure the alignment of marketing plans and implement via appropriate marketing or campaign tool kits
  • Develop PR calendar for all brands based on compliance policies and brand strategies
  • Develop PR plans for key accounts based on needs of the center aligned with brand and corporate strategies.
  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
  • Work with Brands to ensure execution of PR plans
  • Develop and Execute PR events for all company brands.

Media Management

  • Plan and supervise media events, fairs, conferences
  • Manage media relations and KOLs requests
  • Write press releases, speeches and PR copies.

Digital Content and Management

  • Develop integrated marketing communication initiatives and channels including digital and social media marketing platforms that are effective and appropriate for the target audience
  • Develop Digital Content plan and calendar
  • Monitor Digital Reach and Reactions of portfolio pages
  • Monitor Portfolio Centers’ Digital content and correct for any issues
  • Develop standard responses for all portfolio pages

Internal Communications

  • Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization
  • Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages
  • Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation
  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders

Key job requirements include

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related courses
  • With 5 years relevant work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage across a matrix environment.
  • Ability to connect and build partnerships with key stakeholders in different environments and markets.
  • Self-driven and passion in the aesthetics industry/market.
  • Excellent in communication in English both writing and speaking
  • Experience in social media marketing is preferable.
