Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf a well-established multinational bank in the Philippines. Our esteemed client is currently on the lookout for an exceptional Premier Wealth Relationship Manager that could grow not only the business but also their career. This job is based in Davao City.

The Premier Wealth Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing & growing the bank’s affluent & HNW customer segment in terms of revenue, investible assets and customers numbers, in line with Community Financial aspirations and the segment’s value proposition. 


Job responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the development of the segment’s long term market strategies for customer acquisition, in particular the migration and retention of affluent & HNW customers
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients, establishing synergies, tactical campaigns and product/service bundles 
  • Oversee and manage the general business performance
  • Collaborate with branches to ensure the deployment of Premier Wealth Banking strategies, campaigns and value propositions are properly implemented
  • Increase RM portfolio 
  • Client engagement and relationship building to deepen wallet share; while managing attrition rate of funds 
  • Ensure profitability of portfolio and grow its head count
  • Deliver profitability to Premier Wealth through regular deposit products and fee income products, such as investments and bancassurance
  • Conduct client referrals and signups of family members
  • Support the directives of the branches to provide internal value
  • Co-ordinate with the branch heads to ensure that the direction and drive of RM efforts are aligned with the branch

Job requirements:

  • SEC Certification is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Business Studies, Finance or equivalent
  • MBA holder would be an added advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino 
  • Excellent communication and coalition building skills, with an ability to balance, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of knowledge and understanding in the subject matters 
  • Self-driven with strong presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills with strong strategic thinking abilities 
  • Previous experience in selling investment products or as a relationship manager
