Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Healthcare Technology company that offers digital application/mobile app exclusive for doctors that will enable them to have access to features such as forums for knowledge sharing, training & webinars for CME, virtual conventions, categorised channels.

Our respective client is looking for a Project Director will be mainly responsible for client servicing, relationship building, and business development. Part of it is also maintaining stable client relationships, achieving growth on existing accounts and maximizing meaningful touchpoints of their clients for their portfolios across the company's network. He/she will function as a team leader responsible for maintaining a healthy relationships with clients, nurturing future business and exploring more opportunities with the existing client and new clients.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage/advise Pharmaceutical clients, establish a healthy and long term relationship
  • Help Pharma clients achieve meaningful customer connection (touchpoints) via engaged events and programs that are targeted and that support the client objectives.
  • Project manage the brand managers, internal (India & Local) resources for project development and on-time delivery
  • Ensure projects and deliverables are on time and within budget
  • Able to translate and understand Client's challenges, issues and business
  • Ensures execution of planned events/activities is seamless, by managing internal and external stakeholders efficiently
  • Able to manage multiple clients (both locally and regionally)
  • Help our clients understand the value of our work, through post-event analysis, synopsis and ROI assessments.
  • Seeks feedback from clients via CSAT and measures project performance with internal metrics.
  • Identifies future opportunities to help the client grow, and connects with the business development team for further discussion and development

Key Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Account Management preferably having working with Pharma clients
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships
  • Experience in managing people and teams, able to establish good rapport externally and internally
  • Problem solver, Agile and Smart / Logical Thinker
  • Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to be organized and manage project deliverables with a team and independently
  • Strong Negotiator and able to work with different departments
  • Must be proactive, a self-starter and an excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Able to create coherent and persuasive presentations with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
