Executive recruitment agency Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a multinational FMCG company. As the business expands massively, our client is seeking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to take care of South Region sales operation. The job is open for Vietnamese only.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take care of the assigned region to provide on time, reliable forecast and reach sales/ performance targets.
  • Develop and implement sales force strategy plans to achieve long terms and short terms sales objectives for the sales area as in the business plans.
  • Build up and maintain customer relationship, accurate/on time customer database through effective customer building activities.
  • Manage the execution and ensure spending (Including but not limited to company asset use, sales promotion budget and others) is on right purpose and within approved budget
  • Work closely with the distributor(s) and Trade Marketing team to ensure the quality of integrated business planning and business sales execution.
  • Collaborate with related internal and external parties to resolve problems related to processing, credit, finance, operation, HR and legal local permission.
  • Recruit and structure field sales organization at assigned territory to deliver best business outcome
  • Ensure complete, on time and accurate Payment request claims and follow through on time and accurate reimbursement to customers according to aligned plan and deadlines
  • Provide effective and sufficient training and coaching to develop field force capability
  • Maintain high ethical and strong core value execution among field sales organization

Job Requirements:

  • More than 7 years of experience working in FMCG, especially Beverage industry.
  • Language: fluent Vietnamese, and good English business level.
  • Mature, result-oriented, high responsible and committed.
  • Good leadership, communication skills, teamwork.
  • Possess strong customer focus, take ownership and drive results through influence and negotiation.
  • Can work under pressure, responsible and highly motivated to grow in an expanding company.
  • Can handle and manage close relationship with key accounts & customers.
