Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of as international real estate developer. Our client is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to head up their sales, marketing and customer relationship activities of their residential department. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for hitting profitable sales according to the agreed budget, building a competent sales team and with effective and strategic marketing campaigns and outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Business development strategy: Prepare annual business plan; Identify business potential for all market segments; Implements strategies and steps to achieve revenue targets in all segments and channels; Generate customer leads through direct sale or intermedia channel; Refine overall brand positioning, USP and create brand guidelines; Report and evaluate business activities
  • Communication strategy: Prepare market research and competitor analysis with continual updates; Coordinate with other department to build marketing/PR plan for pre-launch and post launch consistent with the overall business strategy; Advise the marketing strategy, including budgeting.
  • Customer services: Set up customer database system; Propose and implement customer services program; Measure and improve the quality of customer services.
  • Liaise with the legal department for sales administration process, finance department for sales collection, and Communications/PR team for other branding and promotion activities.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ year experience as similar position with proven track record in residential sales preferably in mixed use, phased and multi-unit projects
  • Experience of managing budgets/cost control, planning, prioritizing and organizing work to meet targets.
  • Self-confident, decisive, resilient and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated leadership with focus on coaching, motivating and developing the sales team to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent English communication, especially in speaking and writing
