Our respected client is actively seeking a professional with at least 5 years of working experience preferably with a customer service background for the exciting job as a Sales & Customer Service Manager. This job is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards mission
  • Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Prepare sales and customer service report for each program
  • Generate sales leads for marketing purpose
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget
  • Ad-hock task given by management from time to time 

Job requirements: 

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a customer service position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to think and act as a long-term, value investor
  • Experience in stock market is an added advantage
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • The ability to maintain calm under pressure
  • Willing to travel and work on weekends
