Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a digital agency company in Asia that integrates data, insight, media, and content to deliver business outcomes. Our highly respected client is seeking a sales executive for the job of Sales Director of New Business Unit. The job is open to Thai nations only and is based independently in Bangkok, Thailand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Complete ownership of the client’s business and be responsible for business growth of the vertical.
  • Oversee the strategy, creative services, ad operations and data tech teams to develop innovative data tech and creative services solutions. 
  • Work closely with the Country Directors and Regional level to ensure that the cross functional teams are executing smoothly following the company goals and client servicing expectations.
  • Manage the ‘New Business’ portfolio from a business perspective and take responsibility for growing revenue.
  • Build trusted, meaningful relationships with clients, as well as relevant internal & external stakeholders.
  • Overlook at account maintenance and looking for the client

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Sales, account management and client servicing in the online/digital advertising industry.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and new business development.
  • Knowledgeable about the digital media industry, digital advertising trends, programmatic platform and mobile first environment. 
  • In-depth knowledge of performance and data-driven marketing. 
  • Expertise in pitching to clients on everything from campaign strategy, execution, performance, analysis of results and commercial negotiations.
