Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a well-known international manufacturer of products for diversified industrial sectors. Our client, a corporation with over a century of history, is seeking a sales executive with at least 10 years’ experience for the job of Sales Director.

Job Summary:

The Sales Director reports directly to the General Director, and will manage B2B business in Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop business strategies for sales, marketing to achieve sales, profit target and increase the market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and new clients.
  • Support and supervise sales activities on site
  • Find contacts, lead and create new strategic partners and distributors/customers, follow up and close partners/distributors’ project, care for existing partners/distributors/customers
  • Systemize marketing activities in the territory, organize exhibitions, seminars and similar marketing events
  • Establish a yearly sales plan for Vietnam and assure completion/achievement of the plan
  • Supervise cost budgeting and produce a detailed annual business operating plan which may have to deliver monthly/quarterly/ or annually
  • Produce business performance reports which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis
  • Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training
  • Monitor market and competitive situations closely

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in Engineering
  • Requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with proven track record of sales & building up distributor.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated, highly committed and responsible, result-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Good leadership skills
  • Fluent in English
