Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of the most esteemed real estate brokerage firm in the country. Our highly respected client is seeking a Sales Director with at least 5 years of experience in real estate brokerage for the job of Sales Director. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines.

Job summary

Reporting to the Vice- President for Sales, he/she is responsible for the business development and account management of licensed brokers and other real estate partners. S/he is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with all external partners and is focused on developing partnerships with the various brokers’ organization.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Conducts sales activities to meet the given sales quota
  • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Continuously grows the number of clients and maintains sound relationship with clients
  • Continuously obtains new listings
  • Conduct viewings in a professional manner that can be informational enough for the clients to consider seriously
  • Implements sales programs by developing sales action plans.
  • Completes sales operational requirements
  • Books introductory meetings with brokers to build a client relationship
  • Conducts face-to-face meetings including presentations, broker engagements and events to advocate LSIR real estate portfolio and services
  • Provides support for Broker and Real Estate related PR, marketing, and design initiatives as-needed
  • Networks with key contacts with the different professional brokers associations to expand contact base
  • Prepares various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for immediate superior's review as needed
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
