Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of travel expense management solutions designed for corporations and small & medium enterprises (SMEs). They offer corporate customers an efficient comprehensive travel management solution with all of the needed features in one easy-to-use platform.

The Sales Head position will be set sales strategy, align the sales structure with the strategy, manage people and implement processes.

Job responsibilities:

  • Generate leads
  • Present to clients
  • Monitoring and follow through with clients
  • Submit commercial concepts to clients 
  • Recommend sales strategies and tactics to clients
  • Complete Sales Reports
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and client status on a weekly basis to the Management Team 
  • Attend meetings with clients, from time to time
  • Attend management meetings twice a week, or whenever required 
  • Hit Sales Targets/Assignment s
  • Assist the Customer Support Team should there be after-sales support needed by clients 
  • Assist in the development of the sales plan 
  • Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the management team, for use in organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
  • Evangelise the product and personally help close large deals 
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development 
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers, both externally and internally

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • At least 5 years' sales experience, preferably with a global company 
  • Proven track record in the sales environment across different business industries 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion and able to establish partnerships and brand alliance 
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota 
  • Ability to create and deliver client presentations 
  • Expert time management and personal organisation skills
  • Able to prepare sales agreements and close contracts given the required time
