Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive OEM company. Our respected client is seeking a professional Truck Sales Manager. The job is based in Chonburi, Thailand. 

The Sales Manager will be mainly responsible for driving sales volume and leading a team of 4 people. The successful candidate will also be fully responsible for clients in the East and driving both individual and team performance to meet the business objectives. They should proactively identify business opportunities and initiate sales activities to maximize profit. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Achieve business objectives of Sales function for truck sales unit
  • Establish strong customer satisfaction and strong branding across sales touch points
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve sales volume and gross profit
  • Analyze market situation and identify new growth areas for potential business opportunities
  • Planning and controlling budget, generating most efficient Sales and Operation activities
  • Increase competitiveness in the market through various strategies
  • Control of stock and the efficient size of inventory for new and used items
  • Responsible for pricing evaluation, pricing estimation, refurbishment cost, and inventory management
  • Coordinate cross function to marketing, dealer manager, marketing support, logistics and related
  • Involved in meeting committee and network closely with MD 


Job requirements: 

  • Experience in Automotive Trucks, retail, wholesale or Heavy Equipment and open to Automotive tier 1 (Truck related)
  • Experience in truck sales will be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering or related
  • Good English communication skills
  • Able to drive
  • Able to be based in the Chonburi area
  • Fluent communication and strategic thinking skills
