International award-winning executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of an online media platform provider in Thailand. Our highly respected multi-national client operates 11 offices across Europe and Asia. Our client is expanding their business in Thailand and is seeking a highly motivated and success-orientated sales management professional for the job of Sales Manager. The job is based in Bangkok, Thailand. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of superior achievement in sales and management.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing an effective sales pipeline that is expected to contain clients in the main target areas of Digital Marketing Agencies, Advertising Agencies and Corporate Accounts. They will also oversee business opportunities and develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue targets and report directly to the Business Lead.

Job responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with local teams of large international and national advertisers to understand their objectives, recommending best practices, and developing effective campaigns.
  • Create consultative sales presentations to demonstrate how our advertising products can be leveraged to connect with consumers.
  • Proactively grow client portfolio: media/creative agencies and direct clients.
  • Help advertisers build and execute effective campaigns, measure results, and renew/up-sell to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis.
  • Work closely with internal ad-operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Thought leadership – immersing yourself in the evolving social media landscape, and adapting to our ongoing product developments.
  • Manage the payment structure and terms with the clients.

Job requirements:

  • Many years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships.
  • Proven track record translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers.
  • Technical background and familiarity with advertising technologies, mobile apps and other Internet technologies or other related industries such as digital agencies, travel, real estate, banking etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and good at proactively resolving issues.
  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English
  • Bachelor's degree.
