COMPANY PROFILE: Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a global digital agency having multiple offices in Asia. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking talents for the job of Sales Manager. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job summary: The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of digital market to find and get new clients to run digital media campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for generating new revenue for Company: creating, cultivating, and developing accounts and increasing market share with independent agencies across regional.
  • Report to the Country Manager and will be expected to exceed revenue goals by planning and executing successful sales goal.
  • You will be responsible for acquiring and possessing expert knowledge of all company products.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota through inbound / outbound leads - strategically selling the company’s various propositions to new prospects in a consultative manner.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, presentation, and negotiation.
  • Build cross functional relationships within the prospect to penetrate the account.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and manage sales activity in system.
  • Make the basic proposal for pitching new clients.
  • Cooperate with account and media team to ensure project’s KPI for clients.
  • Cooperate with Sales and Marketing team in Marketing activities.
  • Analyze information on market trends, business, and competitive activities for marketing report.
  • Propose creative ideas into integrated digital marketing campaign for strategies development and new clients.

Job requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in media sales, understanding about digital marketing is a plus.
  • Good at communication in English.
  • Self – encouragement.
  • High responsibility.
