Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a technology company from Europe. Our highly respected client is seeking for a Business Development Manager with at least 3-5 years of experience in Sales for the IT hardware industry. The Sales Manager will be focused on increasing market share and maintaining relationships with distributors for the sustainable growth of the organization.

Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing relationships in the B2B segment in Vietnam market. This position is based in Hanoi.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors
  • Analyze market research for business development
  • Achievement of regional sales objectives
  • Prepare quota for products in specific groups by participating event or meeting.
  • Work with technical department to support customer requirements
  • Record data in accordance with the company system

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in B2B Sales for the IT hardware, Telematics, Network, GPS, IoT products.
  • Have a solid understanding of tenders and customers’ demand
  • Have a solid network with local distributors
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Good at English
