Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a European company that creates and manufactures IoT. Our respected client is currently seeking an experienced and driven individual as a Sales Manager who will build solid relationships in the B2B segment. The job is remote based as of the moment.

The Sales Manager role will be responsible for proactive sales development in the Philippine market .

Key job responsibilities included:

  • Provide market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing clients through daily contact, making presentations, frequent visits. (B2B segments; distributors, integrators, companies that has hardware products)
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent the company and its products with solutions.
  • Work with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.
  • Input all data and maintain accurate records in accordance with the company CRM system.

Key job requirements included:

  • Bachelor's degree of any course
  • Have at least 2 years to a max. of 8 experience in B2B technical sales in the IoT field with excellent results
  • Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • Experience in telematics/networking products area would be an advantage
  • Not being afraid to make a lot of cold calls
  • An organized and results-oriented approach, challenge driven personality;
  • The ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering Philippine market with an innovative product from Europe.
  • Currently on WFH until further notice
