Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is hiring on behalf of a leading payment gateway company in Indonesia. We are supporting the search for a program manager is in charge of overseeing a project from start to finish. Mainly to bridge between merchants and internal Product Team which builds platforms and interfaces (mobile apps, web apps) to achieve mutual success when it comes to payment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • This role will be responsible for ensuring that external and internal customers are satisfied with the company's services by overseeing projects, resolving any reliability problems, monitoring quality results, managing budgets, and assisting in the leadership of the professionals in charge of delivering services to clients.
  • This role entails troubleshooting technological problems as well as ensuring that service agreements are adhered to. This position requires someone who can maintain a good relationship with customers, meet deadlines, lead a team, remain organized, handle conflict, and so on in any work environment.
  • This role will be responsible for ensuring that external and internal customers are delighted with the company's use of innovation to improve quality.
  • Maintaining and which key client relationships is your responsibility.
  • Responsible for the delivery of service and service metrics to the customer, with a good sense of ownership.
  • Supporting high-quality services is your responsibility.
  • In charge of incorporating new methods and workflows into the team.
  • Drive plans for quality development and value addition.
  • Responsibility for adhering to the contract's terms and conditions.
  • Responsibilities include evaluating and introducing transition, as well as setting strategic goals.
  • Ensure that all process documentation is up to date and accurate.
  • Team members are coached, developed, and managed.
  • Ownership in resolving critical issues and escalation management

Job Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in service delivery or project management.
  • Previous experience in the Banking and Offline Payments sectors would be beneficial.
  • It would be advantageous if you had ITIL or PMP certifications.
  • The ability to reach goals on a consistent basis was emphasized in the service.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Ability to be versatile and function analytically in a problem-solving setting.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to handle several tasks at the same time through various business activities.
  • Documentation that focuses on delivery is needed.
  • Proven commitment to quality improvement and customer value addition.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, as well as excellent negotiation, control, mediation, and dispute resolution abilities
  • Ability to function in a high-demand, process-driven world.
  • You are fluent in English and a good communicator.
