Our respected client is seeking a professional with a minimum of five years’ experience for the job of Senior Sales Executive. This job will be based in Selangor, Malaysia.

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing, coordinating and driving MSS within the business sector
  • Identify, manage and secure new accounts within target segment and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement. Produce appropriate reports to superior
  • Ensuring growth of allocated MSS contracts with corporate and government business partners, achieving set revenue targets, developing organizational capacity, project management and leading negotiating major bids on optimal commercial/risk terms
  • Assist to ensure competitive pricing is provided to clients. If special pricing is required seek written approval in advance together with reasons for the required special approval
  • Secure contracts and agreements with appropriate pricing strategies to secure contracts and maximize profits 
  • Ensures smooth start-up for new Client contracts by correct planning and that procedures are in accordance with the Contract Start-Up instructions working in close conjunction with relevant Operations
  • To perform on-going evaluations of result against target of own self, recommend plans to drive performance to meet sales target & sales initiatives and produce relevant reports to superior

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Management/ Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent 
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity 
  • Strong background in service sector management and business development 
  • Strong commitment, leadership and management skills 
  • Experience in the development of business with, and negotiation of medium bids and tenders with, MNCs and Governments 
  • Strong negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and persuasion skills 
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the solutions strategy, vision, values, goals and key objectives of the organization
