Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading clean energy solution providers in Asia. Our respected client is seeking a professional with over 3 years of energy consultation, system, and technical support engineering experience for Technical Sales Support Engineer position. This job is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Technical Sales Support Engineer is not only responsible for technical support, but also consultancy sales of service on energy consumption, energy emission, and clean energy. The position is a career opportunity for a strong engineer profile with strong passion in sustainable and renewable energy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customers and partners with support and system engineering in various applications supporting the target of better energy consumption in industrial sector.
  • Responsible for providing feasibility studies and ensure that the technical requirements in a project are aligned between client, supplier, and the project team
  • Develop application expertise, collect data at client site, review technical proposals and client requirements to support the sales process from initiation to contract signing and execution stage.
  • Use energy analysis tools to determine proper technology and capacity for various scenarios in a project.
  • Design and draw conceptual layouts and technological solutions based on the requirements and feasibility study to ensures that all sales process is professionally complete.
  • Use calculation tools to prepare tentative layouts and estimate space requirement for projects.
  • Perform heat and mass balance calculations and verify system capacity.
  • Review supplier proposals and align with client requirements. Make sure that technical documentations are properly record.
  • Build internal competencies across business lines and sales teams

Job Requirements

  • Thai Nationality, with at least Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Hands on Technical sales or service experience in energy providing industry serving clients in manufacturing sector.
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Strong technical engineering background.
  • Experience in heat and power industry or energy auditing with specialization in Thermodynamics will be advantage.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated with a strong personal drive
  • Passionate for sustainable solution and renewable energy
  • Performance driven and be able to work independently
  • Good command in English. Ability to work with international teams in a global matrix organization.
  • Ability to travel to different project sites and willingness to learn new skill
